This source code license agreement is by and between Secured Globe, Inc. (Software Provider) and you (Licensee).

This agreement covers the access and use of any source code you purchase from us,  hereafter known as the “Software”.

Terms and Conditions

1. Grant of License:     
   Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Software Provider grants Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual, and non-transferable license to use the source code of the Software.
    

2. Authorized Users:    
   Licensee is authorized to use the license granted herein, including any employees and subcontractors as needed in the course of their work.
    

3. Definition of Software:        
   Throughout this Agreement, "Software" refers to all source codes, object codes, link libraries, utility programs, project files, and scripts related to the Software.
    

4. Intellectual Property:          
   The Software remains the intellectual property of Software Provider at all times.
    

5. Rights Granted:       
   The Licensee, under this Agreement, is granted the following non-exclusive and non-transferable rights:
    

6. The use of the Software's source code for the purpose of creating compiled software products.
    

   • The distribution of compiled software products created using the Software's source code, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

   • The Licensee may modify the source code for their products but may not distribute the original source code itself.

   • No alteration or removal of any notices in or on the Software or its documentation.

   • Distribution of the Software only with prior approval from Software Provider.

   • No disclosure of the Software's source code to any parties not covered by this Agreement.

   • The Licensee shall not disassemble, recompile, or reverse engineer any object code contained within the Software.
      

7. Performance Guarantee:    
   All software provided under this Agreement, along with its documentation, is provided "as is.". Software Provider does not guarantee the performance of the source code after acceptance by the Licensee.
